Whether your pleasure is Entertainment or Food or both, you must come to visit Sylvia and her Bistro! She prides herself on her choices of entertainment in the past, as well as her display and preparation of her food in her cafe for years and has carried it forward to Sylvia's Bistro.
The Brick Oven baked pizza is a must to try! The trial and error that went into the final recipe of crust has a splendid arrangement of fresh vegetables carefully sliced just as the Italian Sausage is prepared. The equal combination of this specially prepared pizza can only be enjoyed in the quaint atmosphere that Sylvia alone knows how to bring together.

About Sylvia
Sylvia began her study of percussion many years ago in her hometown of New Orleans with a student of the famous "Professor Longhair." Since then she has specialized in ethnic percussion styles and has studied with Larry Levine in upstate New York and with Carlos Diaz, who teaches African and Brazilian styles of percussion. She has been performing in the Lake Charles area now for several years, appearing with Key West (with whom she has also recorded a CD), Tony Dupuis of E.T.A., and as half of her own duo, Gaia.
